Provides texting service methods publicly available to AnyText customers

• MaxMessageLength
  Provides the maximum length permitted for the length of an SMS message body
• MessageLengthPerCredit
  Provides the maximum length of an SMS message body per credit
• SendSMS
  Method used to send an SMS direct to a given number (or numbers) at the given cost, scheduled to send at given date and time
• SendSMS2
  Updated method used to send an SMS direct to a given number (or numbers) at the given cost, scheduled to send at given date and time
